“There’s no choice. If the gyroscope has been off then I’m afraid the ballast system might be under too much pressure. We’ll have to surface and dock at the nearest island.” Ominous words – particularly when spoken from deep under the ocean in a mini submarine, and with communication to the outside world nonexistent.

Yanky, Meni and Eli Bloomenkrantz are off for a short cruise with their Great-Uncle Dave one summer day when they suddenly find themselves stranded on a desert island somewhere in the middle of the ocean. To their surprise, the island is actually inhabited – but an aura of mystery shrouds the island.

Who exactly are the islanders and what secret lies behind their peculiar customs? Who is the strange, fearsome Plain Tom who stalks the island and threatens everyone in his path? And why is someone intent on making sure that there is no contact with the outside world?

Join the Bloomenkrantz boys as they discover the inner strength and fortitude necessary to navigate the challenges of surviving on a desert island.

Uncle Dave’s Dive Machine will take you on an exciting, fascinating journey of survival and fortitude, of facing challenges with bitachon and ultimately persevering.
